I was just watching a local Cincinnati Ohio USA TV news story about a mobile bookstore. Nice. Good luck with that. I got my own dream for the rest of my life here on earth: I want to find or start my very own small exclusive private mindful meditation group of true friends who will accept for who I am.
For 35 years I have had old fashion community college knowledge of retail business -- in the form of a one year certificate then over 30 credits transferred to Miami University of Ohio -- only to be later disappointed in the dense, sad and stupid fickle public offically exposed by the Electoral College selection of Trump as President of the United States of America.
It would be nice to take my recently confirmed by online certified meditation practice outside after I earned a Certificate from the more local name brand University of Cincinnati as well as volunteer some time at the near to my home well respected Cincinnati Children's Hospital, but, so far, this a dream for post life extending weight loss surgery. My past dreams I will say was my imagination bought on by my own bipolar depression.
Wish me luck?
Thanks.

I am trying to be better.
I was raised in a family of mental illness that I decided to reveal in this blog and no longer caring how surviving family feels.
For my Mother's father was what I call a post war drunk: a veteran of the Second World War who, probably, came home with what is now called P.T.S.D. and became a alcoholic. As a result, my Mother's mother gave away their 7 or 8 kids to a very abusing foster care system. My mother was the oldest as I am her oldest. Trust me: sadly, as a child, she was abused and raised to be a bitter old woman.
My father's mother died of a stroke at age 46 -- when my Dad was only about 11 years old. His father died on my first Christmas ever -- just 4 months and a few weeks of my life. My Dad was also a war drunk with P.T.S.D. because of his service in the Vietnam War. I was raised as an "army brat": moving from place to place. On the other hand, my parents got me away from a small redneck city we were born in.
But this added up to an uncertain childhood, but I got worse because to childhood bullying due to my mild bipolar depression caused by a childhood speech problem then a sad lifetime morbid obesity as an emotional eater. I was called "retarted" by people now exposed as mentally ill negative inferior minds, despite me proving myself by graduating community college with a one year business diploma as well as a student in politics and real estate. All this proven all thanks to our current so called President of the United States of America only selected by the Electoral College.
My mother died not being able to accept my doctors telling me that I have lifetime bipolar depression. She tried her best as a parent as well as my dad, but I decided that was her problem. My goal is to be better.
To my amazement, I have now outlasted most of the negativity as well as outlived most of my family. For I was the oldest of 4 boys. I have one younger brother still alive as well as neices and nephews who fought the family curse of booze, food, illegal drugs or smoking by moving away. I moved to the nearby big city of Cincinnati Ohio USA and have recently been offered life extending weight loss surgery. I am crediting this to improving my mental state thru mindful meditation. I am now hoping to become older than all 4 of my grandparents in less than 5 years in my early 60's. Then I will try to make it to age 70 and older to be older than my parents.
Wish me luck..? Thanks.

Me going into 2020.
In 2019, as I am being offered life extending weight loss surgery after decades of lifetime morbid obesity due to my mild bipolar depression, I confirmed the meditation I been studying in recent years with recent online certificates. My next goal is to qualify for it by getting through a 6 month diet that includes protein shakes.
I should be having the surgery in early 2020 then I will be getting through the rest of the year and into the next year recovering from it and losing quite a lot of weight as I earned a more name brand Meditation Certificate from the nearby University of Cincinnati.
Once I am comfortable I will apply to offically volunteer at Cincinnati Children's Hospital which is just blocks away from my home to take my mind off barely eating and giving the rest of my life here on earth some meaning than some people who I knew.
I give up on American politics because Trump has exposed a lot of negative stupidity in our insane sad rigged society. Sadly, I would not be surprised if Trump is re selected President by the Electoral College as well as losing in a 50 state nationwide Electoral College landslide for the Democratic nominee -- hopefully Biden and a woman Vice President.
Wish me luck? Thanks.

My simple meditation teaching...
Hello...
Despite all the written words I read in the Holy Bible and other scripture plus about mindful meditation for children up to the ivy league Brown and Havard University -- as well as in Matthew 6:6 and 3 Nephi 13:6 in the Book of Mormon -- I have a simple free lesson to pray and meditate I will offer to anybody who cares enough to listen and truly understand...
Whenever you need to do so, take at least 5+ minutes to go to a very quiet and comfortable place to just be very quiet in your own mind to focus only on our own deep slow breathing.
That's it!! You just got to do it for at the very least 5+ minutes to feel its effects. The longer the better. The more the better. For the health benefits listed by doctors and approved by psychologists of making this a habit is for it to first of reducing...

- Anxieties,
- Depression,
- Stress,
- Heart problems,
- Brain problems,
- Blood pressure.
As constant meditation will increase...
- Concentration,
- Inner strength,
- Relaxation,
- Communication,
- Clarity of mind,
- Energy,
- Healing,
- Immune system,
- Social connections,
- Resilience,
- Brian clarity,
- Lungs and breathing.
For students, meditation helps...
- Reduces fear,
- Clears the mind,
- Focus on testing,
- Increase understanding,
- Controls emotions,
- Becomes less judgemental
- Focus on your life script.
To be brief, just a few official years of mindful meditation has made me feel much better about myself by giving me inner calm and peace of mind and forever soul. Just do not get to distracted by silly earthly dreams as well as making too much money that you need. This is now taught in hospitals, jail and schools. Is it truly taught in churches?
This is my free advice and lesson to all of humanity. Thank you and God bless.

My Summer of 2019.
Hello.
At age 57, I will entering my late 50's in mid August. I have already outlived 2 out of 4 of my grandparents as well as 2 out of 3 of my younger brothers, but, thanks to recent years of study in Mindfulness Meditation, I now find myself with long delayed unexpected plans for life extending weight loss surgery after decades of lifetime morbid obesity due to my mild bipolar depression, but I also need to qualify by completing some things -- especially a 6 month pre surgery diet that, eventually, will include nothing but protein shakes just before and after finally having my insides rearranged to lose quite a lot of fat.
What I already done to get my mind ready is earn online Mindfulness Meditation and Life Coaching certificates to display on my wall to remind myself that "I got this" plus enrolled in some more online courses to keep me too busy to think about eating too much.
I plan to use my wheeled seated walker to get around my neighbor a lot more -- going to my nearby library and store -- as well as to the top rated Cincinnati Children's Hospital which is the other way and still a brisk walk away. I want to mentor from and volunteer there after very successful recovery from surgery.
Wish me luck? Thanks.

Meditation is my plan.
Hello.
I am a wasted genius and a morbidly obese 56 year old man due to decades of official mild bipolar depression, but I am controlling this much better enough to finally be offered life extending weight loss surgery by my doctors because I learned how to, basically, take time to focus only on my deep slow breathing. This is called Mindfulness Meditation from an act older than most known religions that seem to only practice basic quick prayers instead of a more slower satisfying intense prayer.
As a result of studying this in recent years and confirming what I learned with certificates to display on my wall to remind myself, I learned to accept my true role in life and in our insane sad rigged society as well as for the past as something that can not be changed. Only the present and future can be changed, but only after we learn to calm down to accept the past for what it is and ourselves for who we are.
This is how I will be able to finally be able to pass the psychological exam for life extending weight loss surgery so I will make it into my early 60's and -- maybe -- my 70's as a mentor and volunteer teaching meditation to others.
Wish me luck? Thanks.

I am a wasted genius.
Upon watching a dumb TV ad of someone calling himself a genius, I decided to research the word on Wikipedia to find it officially takes an I.Q. of 125 and over to qualify. This bought back a memory for me.
For childhood and high school was rough for me because I was constantly bullied because of a speech problem when I was a child then due to lifetime morbid obesity because of what I now know offically as mild bipolar depression.
The exact memory for me was my teachers not believing that I once was confirmed with an I.Q. of 125: my highest score ever. My average is usually 110+ with my lowest never below 100 or triple digits. It was at this exact moment that I decided to bypass bullies and busy lame teachers to earn a GED instead of graduating high school as a possible D student.
The State of Missouri later on offered me much better by paying for my community college education that allowed me to earn 30+ credits since the mid 80's that was transfered to Miami University of Ohio as well as a one year Mid "Business" Management certificate that I have now found a real use for... promoting myself as a Mindful Meditation Life Coach -- even if I got to sit on a outside bench doing so.
